Our Plays... ...entertain as well as educate. Even the most distracted students (the ones who need help the most) pay attention.
We perform "in-the-round." The students surround the stage on all four sides (we bring our own sound system, microphones and stage). Click here to view a typical seating arrangement. We hire professional, adult actors. They are well trained, friendly, and very good with children. We involve up to four students from your school as reader-actors in each performance. They rehearse with our actors before the performance.
Our plays are written by our founder and producing director, Donald C. Yost. He has received extensive recognition for his plays, including a Masters Fellowship in Play Writing from the Indiana Arts Commission. In addition to writing our plays, he has written for numerous other organizations, including co-writing the script for Miracle in Lane Two a Disney Channel movie! Mr. Yost thoroughly researches the issues, bases the plays on proven methodology, and measures their effectiveness with statistically significant surveys.
