The Bridgework Theater Logo

History

Bridgework Theater was a not-for-profit professional touring theater founded in 1979 and closed in 2009.

During the theater's 30 years of operation, our goal was to help children through the art of theater.  We developed, tested, and toured original plays to accomplish this goal.

Even though Bridgework no longer exists, scripts for the plays are still available to groups who want to perform the plays.

Our plays address real life problems of young people, and model proven methods that empower youth to develop non-violent solutions to those problems.
